Employee Commission Plan definition

Employee Commission Plan. — means the 2017 APC Employee Commission Plan, as such plan may be amended in Fuel Tech’s sole discretion.
Employee Commission Plan. — means the 2021 FUEL CHEM Employee Commission Plan, as such plan may be amended in Fuel Tech’s sole discretion.
