Emission Inspection definition

Emission Inspection means all tests and inspections required by the Act, this Chapter, the I/M Inspection Procedures Manual and the I/M Test Manual, including an exhaust emission test, a fuel cap test, a tampering inspection, and an on-board diagnostic system check where applicable.

Examples of Emission Inspection in a sentence
