Eligible Revenue Expenditure definition

Eligible Revenue Expenditure means the expenditure set out in the profile at Schedule 2. “Environmental Information Regulations” means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (SI No 2004/3391) together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the ‘Information Commissioner’ (as referred to therein) or relevant Government Department in relation to these regulations.
Eligible Revenue Expenditure means the expenditure set out in the profile at Schedule 2.
Eligible Revenue Expenditure means the expenditure set out in Schedule 2 of the Offer Letter.

  • Amount of Grant payable The total amount of Grant payable in respect of Eligible Revenue Expenditure will be either the Revenue Maximum Sum, or an amount calculated by applying the Revenue Contribution Rate to the actual Eligible Revenue Expenditure, whichever is the lower.

  • Eligible Expenditure means expenditure solely for the purpose of delivering the Services agreed and set out in the Appendices and Annexes of this Funding Agreement;

  • Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

  • management expense ratio means the total fees and expenses a fund paid during a year divided by its average assets for that year.

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).

  • Net Revenue means an entity’s total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. “Net Revenue” is synonymous with “Profit.”
