Eligible Foreign Goods and Services. (a) in relation to Tranche A, means Foreign Goods and Services provided under the Export Contracts and the Confirmed Export Purchase Orders up to an aggregate amount of two hundred and seventy nine million four hundred and eighty thousand Dollars (USD 279,480,000), being 85% of the Export Contracts Amount of those Foreign Goods and Services under the Export Contracts and the Confirmed Export Purchase Orders; and
Eligible Foreign Goods and Services means, in relation to New Tranche [·], for the purposes of sub-clause (b) of the definition of Eligible Foreign Goods and Services in the Loan Agreement, the Foreign Goods and Services Provided under the Export Contracts up to an aggregate amount of [·] Dollars (USD[·]), being 85% of the Export Contracts Amount of those Foreign Goods and Services under the Export Contracts.
Eligible Foreign Goods and Services means Foreign Goods and Services provided under the Export Contract up to an aggregate amount of seven hundred and thirty nine million one hundred and thirty thousand two hundred and fifty Dollars (USD739,130,250), being 85% of the Export Contract Amount of those Foreign Goods and Services under the Export Contract.

  • Eligible Foreign Accounts means Accounts with respect to which the account debtor does not have its principal place of business in the United States and that (i) are supported by one or more letters of credit in an amount and of a tenor, and issued by a financial institution, acceptable to Bank, or (ii) that Bank approves on a case-by-case basis.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Eligible Foreign Subsidiary means any Foreign Subsidiary that is approved from time to time by the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders.

  • Eligible Countries means: (a) in the case of the African Development Bank and the Nigeria trust Fund, the Member Countries of the African Development Bank.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.

  • Finished Goods means completed goods which require no additional processing or manufacturing to be sold to third party customers by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.

  • Eligible Country means the countries and territories eligible for participation in procurements.

  • Perishable goods means personal property maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation, and susceptible to loss or damage if the controlled conditions change.
