New Tranche definition

New Tranche means each Tranche of Term Loans other than the Tranche of Initial Term Loans.
New Tranche means an amount made or to be made available to Borrower B of up to eighty million and six hundred thousand Dollars (US$ 80,600,000).
New Tranche means the tranche available to finance the New Vessels in an amount of up to eighty million and six hundred thousand Dollars (US$ 80,600,000).

More Definitions of New Tranche

New Tranche means each Tranche of Term Loans other than the Tranche of Initial Term Loans. “Non-Defaulting Lender” and “Non-Defaulting RL Lender” shall mean and include each Lender or RL Lender, as the case may be, other than a Defaulting Lender.
New Tranche means the New Tranche made available by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to the Loan Agreement and the terms of this Loan Supplement.
