Effective Disposal definition

Effective Disposal means the completed sale and purchase of the Nominated Plant under an Approved Agreement to an Approved Purchaser;
Effective Disposal means the completed sale and purchase of a Divestiture Station under an Approved Agreement to an Approved Purchaser;
