GRANT OF THE LEASE. 1.1 The Seller, as delegate of the Planning and Land Authority and on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia will grant, or will procure the grant of, the Lease to the Buyer on Completion.
GRANT OF THE LEASE. 8.1.1 The Lease and a counterpart of it shall be duly executed by the Lessee on the execution of this Agreement and shall be held in escrow by the Lessor’s Solicitors pending execution by the Lessor and delivery from escrow in accordance with this Agreement.
GRANT OF THE LEASE. The Lease will be granted within 10 business days after the date of practical completion and any other handover conditions. On completion of the Lease, the Landlord will provide the Tenant with all operating documents e.g. Health and Safety Manual, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, as-built drawings and other information to be agreed between Landlord and Tenant. Termination of the Agreement: Mechanism to be provided for whereby, in the event that the Council is unable to fulfil its obligations (i.e. it cannot complete the Works within the relevant time period), the Tenant can terminate the agreement. GRANT OF THE LEASE. 17.1 THE Landlord will grant and the Tenant will accept the grant of the Lease on the Completion Date
GRANT OF THE LEASE. In consideration U.S. $50,000 and other good and valuable consideration now paid by the Lessee to the order and the direction of the Lessor; the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Lessor; and in future consideration of the proposed "Production Royalty" (as hereinafter defined) herein provided for and the agreements of the Lessee herein contained, the Lessor hereby grants, leases and lets unto the Lessee (the "LEASE"), to the extent that the Lessor has said rights now or in the future, the land covered hereby (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "LEASED LAND") for the purposes hereinafter specified; and the Leased Land being more particularly described in Schedule "A" which is attached hereto and which forms a material part hereof; and which Leased Land consists of 41 unpatented lode mining claims located in sections 5, 6 and 7, T27N, R77W and sections 31 and 32, T28N, R77W 6th P.M. in Carbon Country, Wyoming, U.S.A.
GRANT OF THE LEASE. 5.1 Upon the Completion Date the Landlord shall grant the Lease the Side letter and the Licence to Alter and the Tenant shall accept the Lease the Side letter and the Licence to Alter and the parties shall enter into the Deposit Deed
GRANT OF THE LEASE. 13.1 Subject to the above provisions of this Agreement the Landlord shall grant or procure the grant of and the Tenant shall accept the Lease and the Licence for Alterations which shall both be completed on the date falling five Working Days from the latest of the Date of Practical Completion the date of determination of the Net Internal Area of the Premises pursuant to clause 6 and the provision of the final warranty agreement pursuant to clause 7.
