Business Transaction definition

Business Transaction means any initial merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses involving the Company.
Business Transaction means the Company’s acquisition or acquisition of control of one or more operating businesses or assets through a capital merger, capital stock exchange, asset or share acquisition, reorganization, exchangeable share transaction or other similar business transaction.
