Early Amortization Event Payment Amount definition

Early Amortization Event Payment Amount means, with respect to the Series 2024-GT1 Term Notes, the sum of (i) one-thirty-sixth (1/36) of the Note Balance of the Series 2024-GT1 Term Notes as of the date on which an Early Amortization Event occurs and (ii) the product of (a) the Series Allocation Percentage of the Series 2024-GT1 Term Notes and (b) the amounts in the Collection and Funding Account that are designated as “Advance Rate Reduction Event Reserve Amounts” on such Payment Date, if applicable.
Early Amortization Event Payment Amount means, with respect to the Series 2022-FT1 Term Notes, one-thirty-sixth (1/36) of the Note Balance of the Series 2022-FT1 Term Notes as of the date on which an Early Amortization Event occurs.
