EAC's means a financial analysis for a specific Government Contract as of a balance sheet date which includes (i) the estimated contract value or total contract revenues, (ii) total estimated direct costs and indirect rates allocable to such Government Contract at completion (comprised of actual incurred direct costs and indirect rates applied to date and estimated direct costs and indirect rates for authorized work remaining to complete the contract), and (iii) the estimated total profit or loss on such Government Contract.
