Drawdown Dates definition

Drawdown Dates means the dates, each being a Banking Day falling prior to the Termination Date, upon which the Borrower has requested that an Advance be made available to the Borrower or an Advance is deemed to have been made due to a drawing under any Letter of Credit;
Drawdown Dates means the dates, each being a Banking Day falling not later than the day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, upon which the Borrower has requested that an Advance be made available to the Borrower as provided in Section 3;
Drawdown Dates means the dates, each being a Banking Day, upon which the Borrower has requested that an Advance be made available to the Borrower, and such Advance is made, as provided in Section 3;

  • The Board announces that, on 27 January 2022, the Company as borrower entered into the Loan Agreement with the Lender, pursuant to which the Lender agreed to advance the Loan with a maximum principal amount of HK$10,000,000 to the Company for a term of two years from the respective Drawdown Dates at an interest rate of 10% per annum.

More Definitions of Drawdown Dates

Drawdown Dates means the date(s), each being a Banking Day, upon which the Borrower has requested that (i) an Advance be made available to the Borrower and such Advance is made, or (ii) an Advance is deemed to have been made due to a drawing under any Letter of Credit, as provided in Section 2.13;
Drawdown Dates means the dates upon which drawings in respect of the Overdraft are actually advanced to the Borrowers hereunder and "Drawdown Date" means any of them;
Drawdown Dates means the dates, each being a Banking Day, upon which the Borrower has requested that an Advance be made available to the Borrower, and such Advance is made, as provided in Section 3; provided, that no Drawdown Date shall occur after the Commitment Termination Date;
Drawdown Dates means collectively the Senior Term Loan Drawdown Dates, the Senior Revolver Drawdown Dates and the Junior Term Loan Drawdown Dates;
