Drawdown means the drawdown of a Tranche under the Loan Facility;

• The acceptance of your application for Drawdown Pension is on such terms and subject to such requirements as we may decide at our absolute discretion from time to time.

The contract between you and us includes a right to impose a minimum on the amount that you can designate for providing capped Drawdown Pension.

More Definitions of Drawdown

Drawdown means any Advance which results in an increase in the Outstanding Principal.
