Drawdown definition

Drawdown means any principal amount borrowed or to be borrowed (by any means) under the provisions hereof.

Examples of Drawdown in a sentence

  • No fees, payments or other amounts shall be due to Payee in connection with, or as a result of, any Drawdown Request by Maker.

More Definitions of Drawdown

Drawdown means in relation to the Credit Facility, a borrowing or credit of funds by way of Advances, other than an Advance by way of Rollover or Conversion.
