DPC Entities definition

DPC Entities means, collectively, the Company, the Parent, and their respective Affiliates.
DPC Entities means Digital Power Capital LLC, Wexford Capital LLC, their respective portfolio companies (excluding the Corporation and its Subsidiaries (as defined below)), their related management entities, and Digital Power Management LLC.
DPC Entities is defined in the second Recital.
