Definition of Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors


Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors means each Person (other than the Company) that is from time to time a party (but only for so long as they are a party) to the Domestic Subsidiary Guaranty.

Examples of Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors in a sentence

The Company shall deliver to the Agent endorsements (x) to all "All Risk" physical damage insurance policies on all of the Company's and the Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors' tangible personal property and assets and business interruption insurance policies naming the Agent as lender loss payee, and (y) to all general liability and other liability policies naming the Agent an additional insured.
The Company shall deliver to the Agent endorsements (x) to all All Risk physical damage insurance policies on all of the Companys and the Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors tangible personal property and assets and business interruption insurance policies naming the Agent as lender loss payee, and (y) to all general liability and other liability policies naming the Agent an additional insured.
All of the Obligations shall be guaranteed by the Guarantors who are Domestic Subsidiaries (including new Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors to the extent required by SS8.15.1 and CAI Rail), pursuant to the terms of the Domestic Guaranties.
Financial Covenants Rider CONDITIONS RIDER This Conditions Rider is attached to and made a part of that certain Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of March 12, 2004 and entered into among Beacon Sales Acquisitions, Inc., Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors, Agent, L/C Issuer and Lenders.
REPORTING RIDER This Reporting Rider is attached and made a part of that certain Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of March 12, 2004 and entered into among Beacon Sales Acquisition, Inc., the Domestic Subsidiary Guarantors, Agent, L/C Issuer and Lenders.
