Domestic Loan Notice definition

Domestic Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Domestic Borrowing, (b) a Conversion of Domestic Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of LIBOR Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

  • The Swing Line Lender shall furnish the Lead Borrower with a copy of the applicable Domestic Loan Notice promptly after delivering such notice to the Agent.
