At any time after any Additional Incorporated Provision is automatically deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement, the Issuer and the Liquidity Provider shall promptly enter into an amendment to this Agreement to incorporate herein such Additional Incorporated Provisions and the Issuer shall promptly deliver a copy of such amendment to the Rating Agencies then-rating the Bonds.
