Examples of Preamble in a sentence
The terms and conditions of sale governing the relationship between the Parties in respect of an Order shall be the version which was online at the time the Customer placed the Order and which was expressly accepted by the Customer upon placing the Order, those terms and conditions of sale constitute this Agreement as defined in the Preamble.
Any capitalized term used in any Section of this Agreement (or in the Preamble or Recitals of this Agreement) that is not defined in this Section 1 shall have the meaning ascribed to it in such other Section (or in the Preamble or Recitals, as applicable).
