Incorporated Material definition

Incorporated Material means any material in existence prior to the start of the Term or developed independently of this Agreement, and that is incorporated or embedded in the Produced Material by the Contractor or a Subcontractor;
Incorporated Material means, in respect of a Research Activity, Existing Material that is incorporated in, supplied with (or as part of), or required to be supplied with (or as part of), the Research Material for that Research Activity;
Incorporated Material means any material in existence prior to the start of the Term or developed independently of this Order, and that is incorporated or embedded in the Produced Material by the Contractor or a Subcontractor;

  • Subject to section 4.5, the Province hereby grants a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide sublicense to each of the Parties to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, translate and create derivative works from any aggregated data or other de-identified information or materials derived from the Produced Material, including any Incorporated Material, (the “De-identified Data”) for the Purposes.

  • Upon the Province’s request, the Parties must deliver to the Province documents satisfactory to the Province that irrevocably waive in the Province’s favour any moral rights which the Parties, or employees of the Parties, may have in the Produced Material and that confirm the vesting in the Province of the copyright in the Produced Material, other than any Incorporated Material.


More Definitions of Incorporated Material

Incorporated Material means any materials in existence prior to the start of this agreement and developed independently from this agreement that are integrated, included, or imbedded into the Intellectual Property.

Related to Incorporated Material

  • Incorporated Documents means the documents that at the time of filing are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, any Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto.

  • Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Integrated resource plan means a plan which contains the demand and energy forecast for at least a fifteen‑year period, contains the supplier’s or producer’s program for meeting the requirements shown in its forecast in an economic and reliable manner, including both demand‑side and supply‑side options, with a brief description and summary cost‑benefit analysis, if available, of each option which was considered, including those not selected, sets forth the supplier’s or producer’s assumptions and conclusions with respect to the effect of the plan on the cost and reliability of energy service, and describes the external environmental and economic consequences of the plan to the extent practicable. For electrical utilities subject to the jurisdiction of the South Carolina Public Service Commission, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with the integrated resource planning process adopted by the commission. For electric cooperatives subject to the regulations of the Rural Electrification Administration, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with any integrated resource planning process prescribed by Rural Electrification Administration regulations.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • Incorporate means to publish or republish a Document, in whole or in part, as part of another Document.
