DLI Matrix definition

DLI Matrix means the DLI matrix for the Program as set forth in Attachment 2 of Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement, as updated from time to time by the Borrower and ADB;
DLI Matrix means the DLI matrix set forth in Attachment 1 of Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement, as updated from time to time, which sets out each DLI and its corresponding protocols for the purposes of verifying the Borrower’s compliance with each DLI;
DLI Matrix means the table attached as Appendix 6 to the FAM;

  • The DLI Matrix and Verification Protocol (see Appendix 6) provides specific target and achievement indicators for each within tranche 1.

More Definitions of DLI Matrix

DLI Matrix means the DLI matrix set forth in Attachment 1 of Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement, and agreed between the Borrower and ADB, as updated from time to time, which sets out each DLI;
DLI Matrix means the DLI matrix and verification protocol for the Program dated 30 April 2013 and agreed between the Borrower and ADB, as updated from time, which sets out each DLI and its corresponding protocols for the purposes of verifying the Borrower’s compliance with each DLI;

  • Matrix (1 2 8 9) means a substantially continuous phase that fills the space between particles, whiskers or fibres.

  • ISDA Benchmarks Supplement means the Benchmarks Supplement (as amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of the relevant Series (as specified in the relevant Final Terms)) published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Appendix means the appendix to this Agreement;

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • the Macfarlane (Special Payments) (No. 2) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 3rd May 1991 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia and other beneficiaries;

  • The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.
