District parks definition

District parks means land and assets comprising the larger parks and reserves of the district including Paeroa Domain, Hugh Hayward Domain, Morgan Park, Gilmour Park and other passive and active parks and reserves, other thanbut does not include small local reserves serving only the immediately surrounding population.
District parks means land zoned ‘public open space’; usually of a large scale which provides a variety of recreational facilities, which serve the needs of several surrounding local communities or suburbs and to which people may be prepared to travel some distance;

Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • United States Citizen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.
