United States Citizen definition

United States Citizen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

United States Citizen has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(b).

United States Citizen means a citizen of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

United States Citizen means any Person who is a Citizen of the United States as defined in Section 1301(16) of Title 49 of the United States Code, as in effect on the date in question, or any successor statute or regulation.
