DIRECT PAPER SYSTEM definition

DIRECT PAPER SYSTEM means the Direct Paper system of State Street Bank and Trust Company.
DIRECT PAPER SYSTEM which shall not include any assets of the Custodian other than assets held as a fiduciary, custodian or otherwise for customers;
DIRECT PAPER SYSTEM means the Direct Paper system of the Custodian.

  • DTC System means the book-entry system of DTC.

  • Direct Participants means each person shown in the records of the Clearing Systems as a holder of the Securities;

  • Direct Participant or "DTC Participant": Any broker-dealer, bank or other financial institution for which the Depository holds Class A Certificates from time to time as a securities depository.

  • Indirect Participant means a Person who holds a beneficial interest in a Global Note through a Participant.

  • Indirect Participants Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • Austraclear System means the system operated by Austraclear for holding securities and the electronic recording and settling of transactions in those securities between members of that system.

  • Direct Patient Care means the provision of health care services provided directly to individuals being treated for or suspected of having physical or mental illnesses. Direct patient care includes both, face-to-face and telehealth-based preventative care and first-line supervision.

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Common Depository has the meaning specified in Section 304(b).

  • Applicable Procedures means, with respect to any transfer or exchange of or for beneficial interests in any Global Note, the rules and procedures of the Depositary, Euroclear and Clearstream that apply to such transfer or exchange.

  • Project Participants means the entities and professionals assembled by the Applicant or Co-Applicants to own, develop and manage the project, including, but not limited to the Applicant or Co-Applicant, Project Sponsor, the Equity Investor, contractor, property manager and Consultant.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • relevant system means a relevant system for the holding and transfer of shares in uncertificated form;

  • Clearing System means Monte Titoli S.p.A., with offices in Piazza degli Affari no. 6, Milan, Italy ("Monte Titoli").

  • PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

  • SCADA System means the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System which is composed of all telemetering and remote terminal units (“RTU”) at the Facility and associated with the Grid System or BPDB’s Control Center;

  • Clearing Systems means, in relation to a Series of Securities, any of Euroclear, Clearstream, Luxembourg and DTC, as the case may be, and includes any additional or alternative clearing systems specified in the Issue Terms.

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.

  • Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or “LFIP”) shall mean the interconnection procedures applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that are included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) shall mean this Agreement, the form of interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility, that is included in Attachment X of the NYISO OATT. System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • European Clearing Systems means, collectively, Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear.

  • Euroclear Operator means Euroclear Bank, S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear System.

  • Applicable Program means a domestic, international or foreign RPS, renewable energy, emissions reduction or Product Reporting Rights program, scheme or organization, adopted by a Governmental Authority or otherwise, or other similar program with respect to which exists a market, registry or reporting for particular Environmental Attributes. An Applicable Program includes any legislation or regulation concerned with renewable energy, oxides of nitrogen, sulfur, or carbon, with particulate matter, soot, or mercury, or implementing the UNFCCC or crediting “early action” with a view thereto, or laws or regulations involving or administered by an Administrator, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign RECs, Products, Environmental Attributes or emissions trading program. Applicable Programs do not include legislation providing for production tax credits or other direct third-party subsidies for generation by a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Project Participant means a member of the Project Team.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Common Depositary has the meaning specified in Section 304.

  • Depository The Depository Trust Company, or any successor Depository hereafter named. The nominee of the initial Depository for purposes of registering those Certificates that are to be Book-Entry Certificates is Cede & Co. The Depository shall at all times be a "clearing corporation" as defined in Section 8-102(a)(5) of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York and a "clearing agency" registered pursuant to the provisions of Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
