PV System definition

PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.

PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

PV System is defined in the Master EPC Agreement.

More Definitions of PV System

PV System. The photovoltaic solar electric generating project as more particularly described in Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility).

PV System means the solar electric generating facility to be located at the Solar Garden Site, including the photovoltaic panels, inverter, output breakers, facilities necessary to connect to the Production Meter, protective and associated equipment, improvements, and other tangible assets, contract rights, easements, rights of way, surface use agreements and other interests or rights in real estate reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the electric generating facility that produces the Photovoltaic Energy subject to this Agreement.

PV System means the solar electric generating facility, including, but not limited to, the PV System Assets, which produces the Net Energy sold and purchased under the PPA as further identified in Exhibit B attached hereto. The PV System may (or may not include) a Battery Energy Storage System, as specified in Exhibit B.

PV System means the integrated assembly of photovoltaic panels, parking canopy structures, mounting assemblies, inverters, converters, metering, lighting fixtures, transformers, ballasts, disconnects, combiners, switches, wiring devices and wiring, alterations, materials, spares, tools, supplies, equipment (as specified in the Project Manual) installed in or located at the Licensed Area for the purpose of generating Electricity for purchase by the Judicial Council under the SPPA.

PV System means the solar electric generating facility, including, but not limited to, the PV System Assets, which produces the Net Energy sold and purchased under this Agreement, as further identified in Exhibit B, attached hereto.

PV System means the photovoltaic panels selected by the Council for installation in the Property including mounting brackets and equipment, including inverters, meters, modems and wiring;

PV System means the solar electric generating facility to be located at the CBRE Project, including the photovoltaic panels, inverter, output breakers, facilities necessary to connect to the Production Meter, protective and associated equipment, improvements, and other tangible assets, contract rights, easements, rights of way, surface use agreements and other interests or rights in real estate reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the electric generating facility that produces the photovoltaic energy subject to this Contract.
