Digesters definition

Digesters means all of the biosolids digesters constituting part of the Biosolids Treatment Facility, whether now existing or hereafter installed or replaced from time to time.
Digesters as defined in Section 1 of the 1998 Digester Gas Agreement is hereby replaced with the following.
Digesters means those anaerobic digesters owned by the City which process sewage, putrescible wastes, and other materials and produce Digester Gas that will be sold to the Cogenerator.
