Development and Sales Period definition

Development and Sales Period means the period continuing for as long as Developer or its successors continue to own and offer for sale any Unit in the Project, excepting any Unit that was previously conveyed by Developer and then repurchased by Developer.
Development and Sales Period means the period beginning on the date this Master Deed is recorded and continuing for as long as Developer holds for sale any Unit within the Project.

  • If no specific assignment of one or more of the Limited Common Elements described in this section has been made in the Subdivision Plan, Developer (during the Development and Sales Period) and the Association (after the Development and Sales Period has expired) reserve the right to designate each such space or improvement as a Limited Common Element appurtenant to a particular Unit or Units by subsequent amendment to this Master Deed.

  • Each individual Co–owner shall indemnify and hold harmless every other Co–owner, the Developer and the Association for all damages and costs, including attorneys’ fees, which such other Co–owners, the Developer or the Association may suffer as a result of defending any claim arising out of an occurrence on or within such individual Co–owner’s Site and shall carry insurance to secure this indemnity if so required by the Association (or the Developer during the Development and Sales Period).

  • By acceptance of a deed, mortgage, land contract, or other document of conveyance or encumbrance, all Owners, mortgagees, and other interested parties are deemed to have appointed Developer (during the Development and Sales Period) or the Association (after the Development and Sales Period has expired) as their agent and attorney to act in connection with all matters concerning the Common Elements and their respective interests in the Common Elements.

  • During the Development and Sales Period, the Condominium Documents shall not be amended nor shall the provisions thereof be modified in any way without the written consent of the Developer.

  • Such insurance shall be carried in such minimumamounts as may be specified by the Association and such coverage shall not be less than$1,000,000.00 (and as specified by the Developer during the Development and Sales Period) and each Co–owner shall furnish evidence of such coverage to the Association or the Developer upon request.

Related to Development and Sales Period

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services.   • Economic Development Property means those items of real and tangible personal property of the Project which are eligible for inclusion as economic development property under the FILOT Act and this Fee Agreement, and selected and identified by the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its annual filing of a SCDOR PT-300S or comparable form with the Department (as such filing may be amended from time to time) for each year within the Investment Period.
