Develop definition

Develop means to engage in Development.
Develop or “Development” shall mean pre-clinical and clinical research and development activities, including toxicology and other pre-clinical development efforts, stability testing, process development, pre-formulation, formulation development, delivery system development, quality assurance and quality control development, statistical analysis, clinical pharmacology, clinical studies (including without limitation Clinical Trials), regulatory affairs, and regulatory approval and clinical study regulatory activities.
Develop or "development" means to plan, design, develop, finance, lease, acquire, install, construct, or expand.

  • Except with the prior written consent of the other Party, neither Party shall obtain a license to Third Party Patents or Know-How that is necessary or reasonably useful to Develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale or import the Products, for use with the Products in the other Party’s territory, unless it obtains the right to sublicense such rights to the other Party.

  • Each Party shall Develop the Compound and Products in compliance with all Applicable Laws, including good scientific and clinical practices under the Applicable Laws of the country in which such activities are conducted.

  • Either Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other Party if the terminating Party reasonably determines, based upon additional information that becomes available or an analysis of the existing information at any time, that the medical risk/benefit of such Product is so unfavorable that it would be incompatible with the welfare of patients to Develop or Commercialize or to continue to Develop or Commercialize such Product.

  • Exelixis agrees not to grant any further license to Develop the Products except to Future Exelixis Licensees.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on a Research Program-by-Research Program basis, Paragon hereby grants to Damora, during the Term and subject to delivery of the Election Notice in accordance with Section 4.3, an exclusive option (“Option”) to be granted an exclusive license under the Project Antibody Technology for the applicable Research Program to Develop, Manufacture and Commercialize Project Antibodies, Derived Antibodies and Products in the Field in the Territory.

Develop and “Developing” shall have their correlative meanings.
Develop or “Development” means, with respect to a Product, engaging in preclinical, clinical, and other research or development activities, which may include but is not limited to research, pre-clinical, clinical and regulatory activities directed towards obtaining the initial Regulatory Approval of a Product in a particular jurisdiction.
Develop means, with respect to a Licensed Product, the performance of all preclinical and clinical development (including, without limitation, toxicology, pharmacology, test method development and stability testing, process development, formulation development, quality control development, statistical analysis), clinical trials, and manufacturing and regulatory activities that are required to obtain Regulatory Approval of such Licensed Product.
Develop means to plan, acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, maintain, renew, renovate, repair, replace, lease, equip, furnish, market, promote, manage, or operate.
Develop or “Developing” means to discover, research or otherwise develop a process, compound or product, including conducting non-clinical and clinical research and development activities. When used as a noun, “Development” means any and all activities involved in Developing.
Develop. “Developing,” and “Developed” will be construed accordingly.
Develop means engaging in preclinical and clinical drug development activities, including, but not limited to, discovery, test method development, stability testing, toxicology, formulation, process development, manufacturing scale-up, development-stage manufacturing, analytical method validation, manufacturing process validation, cleaning validation, post-approval changes, quality assurance/quality control, statistical analysis, report writing, preclinical studies, Clinical Trials, regulatory filing submission and approval and regulatory affairs.
