Approval and Registration. 9.1 If the applicable laws and regulations of any jurisdiction permit and demand the approval and/or registration or filing of this Agreement from or with any government authority, the Obligors shall promptly complete the formalities for such approval and/or registration or filing upon request of the Obligee, and shall provide the Obligee with the proof of such formalities.

2.3.1 to obtain all relevant approval documents from the Approval Authority related to the approval of the Security Interest granted under this Contract ; and

Ausam shall do all such things reasonably within its power to obtain such approvals and each of Mosaic and S▇▇▇▇▇ will give reasonable assistance to Ausam.
(c) If approval and registration is denied, then Ausam, Mosaic and S▇▇▇▇▇ will use all reasonable endeavours to agree the manner in which this Agreement is to be amended so as to overcome the failure to obtain the approval and registration and so as to give effect to their commercial intentions in entering into this Agreement.
