Detail definition
Detail means to engage in a Detail.
Detail means detail as defined by Section 040p, for a minimum of four (4) cumulative hours in one day, at a place designated a danger pay area . All periods of leave while present at such place of detail may be included to meet the four hour requirement, but days of absence away from the designated post or country/area may not be included. Employees transiting a post who are inadvertently detained thereat for four (4) hours or more shall be considered on detail.
Detail means detail as defined in Section 040p for a minimum of 24 consecutive hours, counted from the time of arrival at a place other than the employee’s post (Section 040h) including also all periods of leave while serving at the place of detail.
Examples of Detail in a sentence
On a country-by-country basis, the JCC may determine the position in which the Licensed Product shall be Detailed (e.g., Primary Position Detail or other position), including the portion of Details that must satisfy such positioning requirements and the time periods for which such requirements shall apply, and all such Detailing requirements, if any, for the applicable Licensed Product in the applicable country shall be set forth in the Co-Commercialization Plan.
