Dependent Care Expense Account definition
Dependent Care Expense Account means an account established pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan which shall reflect the dollar amount of any before-tax contributions elected by the Participant to be applied towards reimbursement of Dependent Care Expenses.
Dependent Care Expense Account means an Account established for a Participant under the Plan for payment or reimbursement of Dependent Care Expenses.

Subject to the conditions stated in Article VI, the Employer agrees to provide the benefits of its Health Care Expense Account and Supplemental Health Care Expense Account and Dependent Care Expense Account set forth in this Part II, Article III (the "Plan" for purposes of this Article III) effective as of the Effective Date and for the duration of the CBA thereafter on the terms hereinafter set forth in this Article III.
To be a participant of the plan you must commit a minimum of $550 per year, which may be designated in any way between the three options – Premium Conversion, Flexible Spending, and Dependent Care Expense Account.
