Dependent Care Expense Account definition

Dependent Care Expense Account means an Account established for a Participant under the Plan for payment or reimbursement of Dependent Care Expenses.
Dependent Care Expense Account means an account established pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan which shall reflect the dollar amount of any before-tax contributions elected by the Participant to be applied towards reimbursement of Dependent Care Expenses.

The Primary Sponsor shall debit each Participant’s Dependent Care Expense Account in the amount of any reimbursements made to or for the benefit of the Participant for Dependent Care Expenses incurred during the Plan Year.

  • Expense Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.
