Demand Debenture definition

Demand Debenture means the Demand Debenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(D)(3), issued by the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for its own benefit and on behalf and for the benefit of the Banks, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals or replacements thereof or thereto. Dollar, Dollars, U.S. Dollars and the symbol $ shall mean lawful money of the United States of America. Dollar Equivalent shall mean, with respect to any amount of any currency, the Equivalent Amount of such currency expressed in Dollars.
Demand Debenture means the Demand Debenture, made as of July 21, 1998, between the Canadian Borrower and Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Demand Debenture means the Demand Debenture, made as of July 21, 1998, between the Canadian Borrower and the Collateral Agent as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.

  • Bridge Note has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.2(a)(1).

  • Convertible Note means an instrument issued by a startup company evidencing receipt of money initially as debt, which is repayable at the option of the holder, or which is convertible into such number of equity shares of such startup company, within a period not exceeding five years from the date of issue of the convertible note, upon occurrence of specified events as per the other terms and conditions agreed to and indicated in the instrument;

  • 2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.

  • Debenture Holders representative” means a person designated as such in an agency deed;

  • 2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.

  • Global Debenture shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Subordinated Note means the Subordinated Note (or collectively, the “Subordinated Notes”) in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, and each Subordinated Note delivered in substitution or exchange for such Subordinated Note.

  • Senior Notes Claim means any Claim on account of the Senior Notes.
