Delek Entities definition

Delek Entities means Delek US and any Person controlled, directly or indirectly, by Delek US other than the General Partner or a member of the Partnership Group; and “Delek Entity” means any of the Delek Entities.
Delek Entities means collectively, DKTS and the Refinery Companies (each a “Delek Entity”).

  • The Delek Entities further agree and acknowledge that any Partnership Group Member may, in addition to the other remedies which may be available to the Partnership Group, file a suit in equity to enjoin the Delek Entities from such breach, and consent to the issuance of injunctive relief under this Agreement.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.
