Delayed Early Retirement Date definition

Delayed Early Retirement Date means (i) for a Participant whose Participation Date occurred before August 11, 1992, the date the Participant attains age 60; and (ii) for a Participant whose Participation Date occurred on or after August 11, 1992, the latest of (A) the date the Participant attains age 60, (B) the date the Participant completes 15 Years of Employment, or (C) the date the Participant completes 5 consecutive Years of Participation (that is, for a Participant who has continuously been an active Participant in the Plan since his Participation Date, the 5th anniversary of such date). 1.17 Disability or Disabled means that a Participant is, in the opinion of the Compensation Committee, wholly prevented from performing the duties assigned to such Participant by the Company or Affiliate employing such Participant, by reason of a medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or to be of long-continued and indefinite duration. In making such determination, the Compensation Committee, in its sole discretion, may require such medical proof as it deems necessary, including the certificate of one or more licensed physicians selected by the Compensation Committee. The decision of the Compensation Committee as to Disability shall be final and binding. 1.18

Related to Delayed Early Retirement Date

  • Early Retirement Date means the Retirement, as defined below, of the Executive on a date which occurs prior to the Executive attaining sixty-two (62) years of age, but after the Executive has attained fifty-five (55) years of age.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Early Retirement Age means the date that the Executive has attained age 55 and completed seven Years of Service.

  • Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;

  • Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).

  • Postponed Retirement Date means the first day of the month coincident with or next following a Participant’s date of actual retirement which occurs after his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Late Retirement Date means the first day of the month coinciding with or next following a Participant's actual Retirement Date after having reached his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Early Retirement means retirement, with consent of the Committee at the time of retirement, from active employment with the Company and any Subsidiary or Parent Corporation of the Company.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Earliest Retirement Age means the earliest date on which, under the Plan, the Participant could elect to receive retirement benefits.

  • Accrual Termination Date Not applicable.

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.1.

  • Social Security Retirement Age means the age used as the retirement age under Section 216(l) of the Social Security Act, applied without regard to the age increase factor and as if the early retirement age under Section 216(l)(2) of such Act were 62.

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Special Retirement means an Optionee’s termination of employment or service with the Employers and Affiliates on or after the later of (i) the Optionee’s attainment of age 62 and (ii) the Optionee’s Early Retirement Date or Normal Retirement Date, as such terms are defined in the Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. Pension Plan.

  • Normal Retirement Age means the Executive's 65th birthday.

  • Accrued Benefit means the amount standing in a Participant's Account(s) as of any date derived from both Employer contributions and Employee contributions, if any.

  • Normal Retirement means retirement from active employment with the Company or any Subsidiary on or after age 65.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Benefit Distribution Date means the date upon which all or an objectively determinable portion of a Participant’s vested benefits will become eligible for distribution. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Participant’s Benefit Distribution Date shall be determined based on the earliest to occur of an event or scheduled date set forth in Articles 4 through 9, as applicable.

  • Retirement Age means the earlier to occur of:

  • Liquidity Termination Date means the earlier to occur of the following:

  • Termination Payment Date means the earlier of the first Distribution Date following the liquidation or sale of the Receivables as a result of an Insolvency Event and the occurrence of the Scheduled Series 1995-1 Termination Date.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.
