Default Recovery Activities definition

Default Recovery Activities means the exercise of any rights or remedies in connection with any Capital Markets Activities, Financing, Insurance, Leasing, Other Financial Services Activities or Securities Activities (whether such rights or remedies arise under any agreement relating to such activity, under applicable Law or otherwise), including any foreclosure, realization or repossession or ownership of any collateral, business assets or other security for any Financing (including the equity in any entity or business), Insurance or Other Financial Services Activities or any property subject to Leasing.
Default Recovery Activities shall include the exercise of any rights or remedies in connection with any Financing, Insurance, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity (whether such rights or remedies arise under any agreement relating to such Financing, Insurance, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity, under applicable Law or otherwise) or in connection with the purchase or sale of goods and services including any foreclosure, realization or repossession of any collateral or other security for any Financing (including the equity in any entity or business), Insurance, or Other Financial Services Activities or any property subject to any Leasing.
Default Recovery Activities shall include the (a) exercise of any rights or remedies in connection with any Financing, Insurance, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity (whether such rights or remedies arise under any agreement relating to such Financing, Insurance, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity, under applicable Law or otherwise) or in connection with the purchase or sale of goods and services including any foreclosure, realization or repossession of any collateral or other security for any Financing (including the equity in any entity or business), Insurance, or Other Financial Services Activities or any property subject to any Leasing or (b) the consummation of any consensual or non-consensual restructuring of any Financing that permits or contemplates the management or disposition of any collateral or security.

Default Recovery Activities means the exercise of any rights or remedies in connection with any Financing, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity (whether such rights or remedies arise under any agreement relating to such Financing, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity, under applicable law or otherwise) or in connection with the purchase or sale of goods and services including, without limitation, any foreclosure, realization or repossession of any collateral or other security for any Financing (including the equity in any entity or business) or Other Financial Services Activities or any property subject to any Leasing. Default Recovery Activities means the exercise of any rights or remedies in connection with any Financing, Insurance, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity (whether such rights or remedies arise under any agreement relating to such Financing, Insurance, Leasing or Other Financial Services Activity, under applicable Law or otherwise) in connection with the purchase or sale of goods and services, including any foreclosure, realization or repossession of any collateral or other security for any Financing (including the equity in any entity or business), Insurance or Other Financial Services Activity or any property subject to Leasing. “De Minimis Business” means (i) any minority equity investment by GE or any of its Subsidiaries in any Person provided that GE and its Subsidiaries collectively hold not more than 20% of the outstanding voting securities or similar equity interests and that the entity in which such interests are held shall have no right to the GE Name or the XX Xxxxx on Products, (ii) any business activity that would otherwise violate Section 5.17 that is carried on by an Acquired Company, but only if, at the time of such acquisition, the revenues derived from the Covered Business by the Acquired Company does not exceed the lesser of (A) 15% of the gross revenues of the Acquired Company or (B) $10 million, in each case, for the immediately preceding full fiscal year, or (iii) any other business involving: (x) the sale, purchase, leasing, financing, licensing, disposition, marketing, distribution or service of goods in which a Product (or a part, assembly or other product competitive with a Product) is used as a component; (y) the development, design, manufacture, use or application of the goods referred to in clause (x); or (z) other activities incidental to or provided in connection with the foregoing, including the provision to actual or potential customers, consumers, end users or the public of news, technical information or other material that is distributed for the purpose of promoting demand for such goods, or of technical support, education, training and servicing in connection with the provision of such goods.
