Declarant’s Agents means any of Declarant’s Affiliates, or any partners, members, managers, parents, shareholders, owners directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, attorneys, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, brokers or other consultants or other persons or entities acting on behalf of Declarant or Declarant’s Affiliates.

Examples of Declarant’s Agents in a sentence

  • Declarant shall remain liable for actions of its employees, agents, contractors, invitees or other third parties over whom Declarant has direct supervision or control (“Declarant’s Agents”), or when Declarant has reasonable prior knowledge of and the ability to prevent potential violations by Declarant’s Agents or any other third parties.

  • Co-Rights Agents shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.1(a);

  • Condominium Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium for NetApp RTP Phase I Condominium recorded in Book 012647, Page 01310, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;

  • Initial Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • industrial design means features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornament applied to an article by any industrial process or means, being features which in the finished article appeal to and are judged by the eye, but does not include—

  • Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;

  • Administrative Trustee means each of the Persons identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in each such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.

  • Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Special declarant rights means rights reserved for the benefit of a declarant to:

  • Initial Trustee shall have the meaning defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Initial Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Co-Agents is defined in the preamble.

  • Outside Trustee With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the trustee under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.
