Debenture Security Documents definition

Debenture Security Documents means the Collateral Documents (as defined in the Indenture) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted securing any Debenture Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Permitted Cure Securities means any equity securities of the Borrower, Holdings or any Parent Entity issued pursuant to the Cure Right other than Disqualified Stock.

  • Note Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Note Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Indenture Event of Default means an "Event of Default" as defined in the Indenture.

  • High Yield Notes means the Senior Notes and Senior Subordinated Notes.

  • Obligor on the indenture securities means the Issuer and any other obligor on the indenture securities. All other TIA terms used in this Indenture that are defined by the TIA, defined by TIA reference to another statute or defined by Commission rule have the meaning assigned to them by such definitions.

  • ABL Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement).

  • Senior Subordinated Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Subordinated Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Section 7.9.

  • Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of July 17, 2012, under which the Senior Subordinated Notes were issued, among the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as in effect on the Closing Date and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.

  • Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.

  • Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Second Lien Notes have been or will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Second Lien Notes.

  • U.S. Security Documents means and include the U.S. Security Agreement, the U.S. Pledge Agreement, each Mortgage covering a U.S. Mortgage Property and each Additional Security Document covering assets of a U.S. Credit Party situated in the United States.

  • Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 10.7(b).

  • Senior Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 5, 2009, among the Issuers, the Note Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, principal paying agent, transfer agent and registrar, as amended, extended, restructured, renewed, refunded, novated, supplemented, restated, replaced or modified from time to time;
