Day or Gas Day definition

Day or Gas Day means a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, beginning and ending at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time (CCT) on any calendar day.
Day or Gas Day means a period of 24 consecutive hours, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time (CCT) [NAESB WGQ 1.3.1]. Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal banking holidays for transactions in the U.S., and similar holidays for transactions occurring in Canada and Mexico [NAESB WGQ 3.2.1].
Day or Gas Day means a period of 24 consecutive hours, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time. A "business day" is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Banking Holidays for transactions in the U.S., and similar holidays for transactions occurring in Canada and Mexico.

Related to Day or Gas Day

  • Gas Day means a period of 24 consecutive hours beginning at the time of the applicable Transporter's gas day.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.

  • Currency Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre of the Relevant Currency or, in the case of euros, a city in which banks in general have access to the TARGET2 System.

  • Euro Business Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System, or any successor system, is open for business.

  • Valuation Business Day means, with respect to each Reference Currency, any day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which commercial banks are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close (including for dealings in foreign exchange in accordance with the practice of the foreign exchange market) in the city or jurisdiction indicated in the table below:

  • Fund Business Day means any day on which the NAV of Shares of each Fund is determined as stated in the then current Prospectus.

  • Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred.
