Return Receipt. Upon return of the Aircraft and the Aircraft Documents in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Lessor and Lessee shall execute a Return Receipt substantially in the form of Appendix F hereto. Lessee shall additionally execute such additional documents as Lessor may reasonably require to evidence the termination of this Agreement.

Return Receipt. Promptly upon the Return of the Aircraft in compliance with the Return Condition Requirements, Sublessor and Sublessee will execute a Return Receipt.   • Return Rights The President and Vice-President will have the right to return to the same position or in another position in the same job classification and the same geographic area as determined by the Employer, provided such reemployment is not in conflict with other articles in this Agreement. The employee and the Employer may enter into a written agreement regarding return rights at the commencement of the leave. The period of leave will not impact the employee’s seniority date.

  • Postage Postage for mailing of dividends, proxies, Fund reports and other mailings to all shareholder accounts shall be advanced to the Transfer Agent by the Fund at least seven (7) days prior to the mailing date of such materials.

  • Return Requirements Ordering entity shall coordinate returns with the Contractor. Upon notification by the ordering entity of a duplicate shipment, over-shipment or shipment in poor condition, the products must be promptly removed at the contractor and/or dealer’s expense. Ordering entities reserve the right to return products for defects in material and/or workmanship. In the event of product return, the ordering entity reserves the right to accept either a full refund for the returned product or a replacement of the product.

  • Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.

  • Personal Delivery When personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective upon delivery.

  • Mail The Parent and the Company authorize and empower the Buyer on and after the Closing Date to receive and open all mail received by the Buyer relating to the Business or the Assets and to deal with the contents of such communications in any proper manner. The Parent and the Company shall promptly deliver to the Buyer any mail or other communication received by them after the Closing Date pertaining to the Business or the Assets. The Buyer shall promptly deliver to the Parent any mail or other communication received by it after the Closing Date pertaining to the Excluded Assets or Retained Liabilities, and any cash, checks or other instruments of payment in respect of the Excluded Assets.   • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages BNYM as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and BNYM.
