Data Pulse Equipment definition

Data Pulse Equipment means a pulse initiator providing a form C contact closure (KYZ) and any equipment or appurtenances, including junction boxes, fuses and terminal trips.
Data Pulse Equipment means a single pulse initiator providing a Form C contact closure (KYZ) and any equipment or appurtenances, including a load profile card, a KYZ pulse initiator, junction boxes, fuses and terminal strips.

Examples of Data Pulse Equipment in a sentence

  • Seller may utilize and acquire electric energy usage data from Data Pulse Equipment or mutually agreed solutions installed pursuant to Section 7.1(b) above so long as (i) Seller has obtained the Participating Facility’s consent for such utilization and acquisition, the form of which is attached hereto as Appendix O, and (ii) such utilization and acquisition of electric energy usage data does not interfere with the Participating Facility's Metering Devices.

Related to Data Pulse Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
