Daily Yield Rate definition

Daily Yield Rate means, with respect to any date of determination and each Eligible Treasury on deposit in the Up-MACRO Holding Trust or the Down-MACRO Holding Trust, as applicable, the applicable per annum Yield Rate for that Eligible Treasury divided by the actual number of days in the current calendar year (as calculated to the tenth decimal place).
Daily Yield Rate means for purposes of calculating the Up Available Income Accrual and the Down Available Income Accrual for each treasury on deposit in the applicable trust, the yield rate applicable to that treasury divided by either 365 or 366, depending upon the actual number of days in the current year. For purposes of this definition, the “yield rate” for each treasury will be equal to its stated or implied interest rate, if any, or any applicable discount rate, based on the date of purchase and the purchase price at which the applicable Paired Trust acquired that treasury and, in the case of any treasury repurchase agreements, the difference between its purchase price and its repurchase price.
Daily Yield Rate means the Redwood Daily Yield Rate or the Committed Purchaser Daily Yield Rate, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Daily Yield Rate

Daily Yield Rate means, (i) for an Index Rate Purchase, the Index Rate and (ii) for a LIBOR Rate Purchase, the LIBOR Rate plus, in each case, 3.00% per annum if a Termination Event has occurred and is continuing.
Daily Yield Rate means, for any day during a Settlement Period, (a) the LIBOR Rate or Index Rate, as applicable, on such day, divided by (b) 360.
Daily Yield Rate means for purposes of calculating the Up-MACRO Available Income Accrual and the Down-MACRO Available Income Accrual for each type of treasury on deposit in the applicable holding trust, the yield rate applicable to that type of treasury divided by either 365 or 366, depending upon the actual number of days in the current year. For purposes of this definition:
Daily Yield Rate means, for any day during a Settlement Period, the LIBOR Rate for such Settlement Period, divided by 360.
Daily Yield Rate means (i) with respect to each Conduit Purchaser, the Conduit Purchaser Daily Yield Rate for such Conduit Purchaser, (ii) with respect to each Committed Purchaser, the Committed Purchaser Daily Yield Rate for such Committed Purchaser and (iii) with respect to the Swing Line Purchaser, the Swing Line Purchaser Daily Yield Rate.
Daily Yield Rate has the meaning specified in Schedule 3 to the Purchase ---------------- Agreement.
