Daily One Month LIBOR definition

Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.
Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to the Eurodollar Rate then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.
Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day the rate per annum for United States dollar deposits determined by WFBC for the purpose of calculating the effective interest rate for loans that reference Daily One Month LIBOR as the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate in effect from time to time for the 1 month delivery of funds in amounts approximately equal to the principal amount of such loans. The Customer understands and agrees that WFBC may base its determination of the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate upon such offers or other market indicators of the Inter-Bank Market as WFBC in its discretion deems appropriate, including but not limited to the rate offered for U.S. dollar deposits on the London Inter-Bank Market. When interest is determined in relation to Daily One Month LIBOR, each change in the interest rate shall become effective each Business Day that WFBC determines that Daily One Month LIBOR has changed.

  • Borrower may prepay principal on any portion of this Note which bears interest determined in relation to the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate at any time, in any amount and without penalty.

Daily One Month LIBOR means, as to any day, the rate per annum as published by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (or any successor or other commercially available source of the London interbank offered rate as Agent may designate from time to time) as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on such day (or, for any day that is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) for US dollar deposits for a one month period (and, if any Schedule 1.1 – Page 13 such published rate is below zero, then the rate determined pursuant to this definition shall be deemed to be zero). Each determination of Daily One Month LIBOR shall be made by Agent and shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
