Cyber extortion monies definition

Cyber extortion monies means monies payable by the Insured, with the Underwritersprior written consent, to a person(s) or entity(ies) reasonably believed to present a Cyber Extortion Threat for the purpose of terminating such a threat.

  • Cash Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds through a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument.
