Custodial Trust Parties definition

Custodial Trust Parties means the Custodial Trust, the Custodial Trustee, as each is hereinafter defined, and the Custodial Trustee’s shareholders, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents or other professionals or representatives employed by the Custodial Trust or Custodial Trustee.

In the event the Trustee is a corporation, “Custodial Trust Parties” shall also include the Custodial Trustee’s officers, directors and shareholders.
Custodial Trust Parties means the Texas Custodial Trust, the Custodial Trustee and the employees, consultants, contractors, agents or other professionals or representatives employed by the Texas Custodial Trust or the Custodial Trustee. In the event the Custodial Trustee is a corporation, “Custodial Trust Parties” shall also include the Custodial Trustee’s officers, directors, and shareholders. Each of the Custodial Trust Parties is, individually, a Custodial Trust Party.
