Custodial Agreements The Custodial Agreements, listed in Exhibit F hereof, as each such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted hereunder.
Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.
Custodial parent means a parent awarded custody by a court decree. In the absence of a court decree, it is the parent with whom the child resides more than one half of the calendar year without regard to any temporary visitation.
Custodial Agreement An agreement that may be entered into among the Company, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and a Custodian pursuant to which the Custodian will hold certain documents relating to the Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Trustee. Custodian: A custodian appointed pursuant to a Custodial Agreement.
Custodial property means an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this act and the income from, and proceeds of, that interest in property.
Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.
Note Depository Agreement means the agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and DTC, as the initial Clearing Agency relating to the Notes, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Custodial Care means help in transferring, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting and other such related activities. Custodial care does not include Covered Services determined to be Medically Necessary.
Servicing Advances All customary, reasonable and necessary "out of pocket" costs and expenses incurred in the performance by the Master Servicer of its servicing obligations, including, but not limited to, the cost of (i) the preservation, restoration and protection of a Mortgaged Property, (ii) any expenses reimbursable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 and any enforcement or judicial proceedings, including foreclosures, (iii) the management and liquidation of any REO Property and (iv) compliance with the obligations under Section 3.09.
