Cumulative Free Cash Flow means the cumulative Free Cash Flow during the Performance Period.

Cumulative Free Cash Flow means the total Free Cash Flow during the Measurement Period.
Cumulative Free Cash Flow of the Company or a Peer, as applicable, means cumulative Free Cash Flow for the three years in the Performance Period.
