CRJ definition

CRJ is intended to refer to CRJ Models 200s, 700s or 900s, as applicable.
CRJ has a Board of Directors consisting of twelve directors. The parties hereto agree that they will cast their votes as shareholders of CRJ in such manner that the Board of Directors shall consist of an equal number of persons designated by AJI and CRL."
CRJ shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Examples of CRJ in a sentence

  • Northwest and Pinnacle agree to review the fuel burn performance of the CRJ Aircraft for compliance with the performance measure (burn rate ceiling) set below.

  • As of the Contract Date, all of the CRJ Aircraft are 50 seat Aircraft.

  • Each CRJ in the Fleet on the Contract Date shall retain the seating configuration and capacity as exists on the Contract Date.

  • Subject to FAA approval, CRJ pilots shall be qualified to fly all models of CRJs providing Flight Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the CRJ Model 200s shall be a “CRJ Subfleet” and the CRJ Model 700s and 900s shall be a “CRJ Subfleet”.

Related to CRJ

  • Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Civil aircraft means any aircraft other than a public aircraft.

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • VFR means the symbol used to designate the visual flight rules;
