CREFC® License Fee definition

CREFC® License Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, a monthly fee payable in respect thereof in an amount equal to the amount of interest accrued during the accrual period for such Mortgage Loan or REO Mortgage Loan under its Mortgage Loan Documents at the related CREFC® License Fee Rate on the same balance, in the same manner and for the same number of days as interest at the applicable Mortgage Rate accrued with respect to such Mortgage Loan or REO Mortgage Loan during such accrual period, and will be prorated for partial periods.
