The Trust Fund was created, and the Trust Loan is to be serviced, pursuant to the Trust and Servicing Agreement (as defined below).
This Certificate is limited in right of payment to, among other things, certain collections and recoveries in respect of the Trust Loan, as more specifically set forth herein and in the Trust and Servicing Agreement.

Such transfer and assignment includes all payments of interest on the Trust Loan due and payable on and after the Cut-off Date and all principal payments received on or after the Cut-off Date.
