Credit Event Observation Period End Date definition

Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 4 October 2017 (in the case of the Class A Notes) or 4 October 2020 (in the case of the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes).
Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 6 July 2020.
Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 4 April 2018.

  • If there are any Unsettled Credit Events as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date, the Warrant Extended Maturity Date may not be the final maturity date for the Notes and the final maturity date will be the later of the Extended CDS Termination Date and the Warrant Extended Maturity Date.

  • Such occurrence may arise where there are Unsettled Credit Events under the Credit Default Swap Transactions as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date.

  • Such occurrence may arise where the Issuer Cash Settlement Amount is due and payable after the Repurchase Date of such related Repo Transaction or where an Unsettled Credit Event is determined as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date.

  • Such occurrence may arise where the Credit Suisse Cash Settlement Amount is due and payable after the Final Exchange Date or where an Unsettled Credit Event is determined as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date.

  • In respect of each Unsettled Credit Event where an Auction Final Price, or, where applicable, Final Price is determined following the Credit Event Observation Period End Date, the Credit Suisse Cash Settlement Amount shall be payable in the manner described above under “Consequence of Credit Events and Unsettled Credit Events, including partial redemption of Class A Notes” during the period between the Scheduled Maturity Date and the Extended CDS Termination Date.

  • In respect of each Unsettled Credit Event where an Auction Final Price or, where applicable, Final Price is determined following the Credit Event Observation Period End Date, the Credit Suisse Cash Settlement Amount shall be payable in the manner described above under “Consequence of Credit Events and Unsettled Credit Events, including partial redemption of Class B Notes” during the period between the Scheduled Maturity Date and the Extended CDS Termination Date.

More Definitions of Credit Event Observation Period End Date

Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 4 October 2022.
Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 30 December 2020.
Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 5 July 2018.
Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Reference Business Day immediately preceding 30 December 2022.
Credit Event Observation Period End Date means the Business Day immediately preceding 5 October 2023.

Related to Credit Event Observation Period End Date

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period (and the first Interest Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date which is p London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling p London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Observation Date (k means the "Observation Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If an Observation Date (k) is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Observation Date (k). The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • ABR Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Pricing Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the second (2nd) Business Day preceding the first day of such Pricing Rate Period.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning assigned to it under the definition of Term SOFR Reference Rate.

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.
