Creation and Redemption Agent definition

Creation and Redemption Agent means SEI Distribution Co., a Pennsylvania corporation, or any successor thereto appointed by the Trustee as the Trustee’s agent for effecting Creations and Redemptions with Authorized Participants.
Creation and Redemption Agent means The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York corporation authorized to do banking business, or any successor thereto engaged by the Trust as the Trust's agent for effecting Creations and Redemptions with Authorized Participants.
Creation and Redemption Agent means Investors Bank & Trust Company, a Massachusetts banking organization, or any successor thereto appointed by the Trustee as the Trustee’s agent for effecting Creations and Redemptions with Authorized Participants.

  • Upon the termination or revocation of authority of an Authorized Representative by the Authorized Participant, the Authorized Participant shall (i) give immediate written notice of such fact to the Creation and Redemption Agent and such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Creation and Redemption Agent; and (ii) request a new PIN Number.

  • The Creation and Redemption Agent may assume that all instructions issued to it using the Authorized Participant’s PIN Number have been properly placed by Authorized Representatives, unless the Creation and Redemption Agent has actual knowledge to the contrary or the Authorized Participant has revoked its PIN Number.

  • Upon receipt of such written request, the Creation and Redemption Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, de-activate the PIN Number.

  • If an Authorized Participant’s PIN Number is changed, the new PIN Number will become effective on a date mutually agreed upon by the Authorized Participant and the Creation and Redemption Agent.

Related to Creation and Redemption Agent

  • Redemption Agent means that Person, if any, appointed by the Issuer to hold funds deposited by the Issuer in trust to pay to the Holders of shares to be redeemed.

  • Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement means, with respect to any Series, the Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement or other similarly titled agreement by and among the Redemption and Paying Agent for such Series and the Fund with respect to such Series.

  • Redemption and Paying Agent means, with respect to any Series, State Street Bank and Trust Company and its successors or any other redemption and paying agent appointed by the Fund with respect to such Series.

  • Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.

  • Redemption Notes means unsecured subordinated promissory notes of the Trust having a maturity date to be determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee (provided that in no event shall the maturity date be set at a date subsequent to the first Business Day following the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of such note), bearing interest from the date of issue at a market rate of interest determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee, payable for each month during the term on the 15th day of each subsequent month with all principal being due on maturity, such promissory notes to provide that the Trust shall at any time be allowed to prepay all or any part of the outstanding principal without notice or bonus.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Redemption Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Special Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.

  • Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Debenture Redemption Date means, with respect to any Debentures to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption under the Indenture.

  • Mandatory Redemption means a redemption of ETP Securities in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Special Redemption and Liquidation Period shall be as set forth in the Prospectus under "Summary of Essential Information."

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.
