Except in certain circumstances, including but not limited to, a Special Mandatory Redemption pursuant to Section 6 hereof, a notice of redemption will be furnished at least 10 days but not more than 60 days before the redemption date to each Holder whose Notes are to be redeemed.
If such deposit is made as provided above, the applicable redeemed Notes will cease to bear interest on and after the Special Mandatory Redemption Date and the Trustee shall cause the redemption of the applicable Notes and the payment of the applicable Special Mandatory Redemption Price, in accordance with the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice to the Holders of the applicable redeemed Notes.
